Pantry Assistant – Full-time, Mon‑Fri – Melbourne

About the role

Sodexo is looking for a motivated Pantry Assistant to join a premium corporate client site in Melbourne CBD. You will ensure pantry stations are fully stocked, attractive and ready for service throughout the day, supporting both front‑of‑house and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, stock and replenish pantry stations for breakfast and lunch service.
• Maintain high standards of food displays, cleanliness and organisation.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Assist with basic food preparation and plating when required.
• Support front‑of‑house and kitchen teams during busy periods.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional service to guests.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, food service or a similar role.
• Strong customer‑service focus and a positive attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to support multiple areas of the operation.
• Full unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Required skills

• Food Handling Certificate (desirable).
