Pallet Controller – Logistics

About the role

As a Pallet Controller at DHL Supply Chain, you will ensure smooth warehouse operations by managing pallet movements, paperwork, and software records. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, making autonomous decisions and continuously developing your logistics expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that all pallet movements have correct paperwork and are accurately reflected in the pallet software (2ic).
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, pallet loss, and unprocessed dockets.
• Train site staff on pallet software and related processes.
• Review pallet hire invoices, aiming to reduce hire quantity and costs.
• Prepare and submit weekly reconciliation reports to the National Pallet Controller and Site Manager.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in a pallet control or similar logistics environment.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is highly desirable.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Exposure to supply chain or logistics operations.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and driven.
