Pallet Controller – Horsley Park

About the role

The Pallet Controller will ensure smooth warehouse operations by managing pallet movements, paperwork, and software records. Working in a fast‑paced logistics environment, you will have autonomy to make decisions and opportunities for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that all pallet movements are documented correctly and reflected in the pallet management software.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, pallet loss, and unprocessed dockets.
• Train site staff on pallet software and related processes.
• Review pallet hire invoices, aiming to reduce hire quantity and costs.
• Prepare and submit weekly reconciliation reports to the National Pallet Controller and Site Manager.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a pallet control or similar logistics role.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly desirable.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new systems.
• Strong ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Exposure to supply chain or logistics operations.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and proactive.
