About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our Bayswater store. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a clean, well‑stocked and welcoming environment during the night shift.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and efficient service to all customers.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organise merchandise on shelves.
- Assist with stock replenishment and perform moderate to heavy lifting as required.
- Promote product specials and respond to customer enquiries.
- Work the core overnight hours of 22:00‑05:00, two to three nights per week.
Required profile
- Strong focus on providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and handling physical tasks.
- Flexible availability for late nights, early mornings and weekends.
- Eagerness to learn about a wide range of products.
