OSHC Mobile Coordinator – Treeby & Surrounds

About the role

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is looking for an experienced OSHC Mobile Coordinator to lead and support its out-of-school-hours care services across the Treeby region. The role works closely with the Regional Manager, travels between services to give hands-on leadership and helps create safe, inclusive and engaging environments for children aged 5-12. It is a permanent full-time position, mostly during regular daytime hours, with flexibility to work split shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support across a range of services, stepping in where extra coverage is needed
• Lead Educators and deliver engaging before- and after-school programs for children aged 5-12
• Support teams with child-centred activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts
• Oversee day-to-day operations, support rostering and administration
• Ensure each service meets its compliance requirements and delivers a consistent, high-quality program
• Collaborate with Mobile Coordinators from other regions to share ideas and support consistent service quality

Required profile

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• Completed relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification, including WA First Qualified Educator
• National police check (paid by the employer) and state working-with-children check
• Australian working rights
• Child safety training completed before onboarding (via Gecko)
