OSHC Mobile Area Coordinator – Brisbane North

About the role

The Mobile Coordinator supports multiple Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services across Brisbane North, travelling between sites to provide leadership, program delivery and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations and provide leadership coverage across services.
• Lead and mentor teams of educators, delivering engaging programs such as sports, STEM, creative arts, cooking and wellbeing activities.
• Manage compliance, safety and operational standards, and build positive relationships with children, families, schools and team members.
• Assist with roster management, administration and program planning.

Required profile

• Working towards or holding a relevant qualification to work as a 2‑Year Qualified Educator in Queensland (ACECQA).
• Experience leading teams in OSHC, childcare, education or a similar environment.
• National Child Safety Training completed prior to onboarding.
• Current Working with Children Check, valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel between services.
• Australian work rights and availability for split‑shift Monday‑Friday schedule.
