About the role

Join the OSHC service at Beaconsfield Primary as an Assistant Coordinator, a step‑up position designed to build your confidence in leadership, operations and team management.

Key responsibilities

• Help lead and mentor a passionate team of educators onsite.
• Manage rosters, service operations, compliance and administration.
• Create child‑led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art and craft.
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools and the wider community.

Required profile

• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by employer).
• State working‑with‑children check and Australian work rights.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding.
• Working towards or completed a VIC Diploma‑Level qualification for educators.
