OSHC Coordinator – Springvale & Surrounds

About the role

Junior Adventures Group is recruiting an experienced OSHC Coordinator for its Wallarano OSHClub service at Wallarano Primary School in the Springvale region. The role leads a team of Educators and oversees a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12, covering school holidays. It is a permanent, part-time position of 25 hours per week, including 4 non-contact admin hours, split between two morning and afternoon shifts and a school holiday program.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead a dynamic, child-centred program with activities such as STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
• Take full ownership of the team's roster and manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance and handle admin tasks.
• Foster teamwork and growth, supported by mentorship from regional managers and a dedicated office team.

Required profile

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
• Strong communication skills and a team player who encourages growth.
• A relevant Diploma qualification as per ACECQA.
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check (willingness to obtain them is acceptable).
• Australian work rights.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training before onboarding.
