OSHC Coordinator - Frankston & Surrounds

About the role

Junior Adventures Group is accepting expressions of interest for an OSHC Coordinator in the Frankston area. The role leads a team of Educators and oversees a before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12, running STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts activities. It is a permanent, part-time position with split shifts, Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00-9:00am and 3:00-6:00pm, plus non-contact admin hours.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead a dynamic, child-centred program
• Take full ownership of the team's roster and manage day-to-day operations
• Ensure compliance and handle admin tasks
• Foster teamwork and growth, supported by regional managers and an office team

Required profile

• Natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• Holds or is willing to obtain a national police check (paid by the employer)
• Australian working rights
• Working-with-children check
• Completed National Child Safety Training before onboarding (via Gecko)
• Diploma-level qualification in Victoria in accordance with ACECQA, or working towards it
