OSHC Casual Educator (Mobile) - Parmelia Area

About the role

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is looking for a mobile OSHC casual educator to join its Parmelia area relief team. You will support a variety of OSHC services where they are needed most, meeting different teams and building experience in the sector. Shifts are Monday to Friday, with before-school care generally 6:00am-9:00am and after-school care 2:00pm-6:00pm, and extra hours may be available during school holidays. The minimum availability is 3 afternoons per week, with Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays preferable.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for working with children.
• A team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (the employer covers it).
• State working-with-children check.
• Australian working rights.
• National Child Safety Training completed before onboarding (via Gecko).
• No formal qualification is required, but candidates holding or working towards an ACECQA-recognised qualification are highly regarded, such as WA First Qualified Educator or WA Qualified Educator.
