About the role

Join the OSHC team in the Gladstone region to create exciting, engaging, and unforgettable experiences for primary school children. The role is designed to fit around university timetables, placements, and other commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Create exciting, engaging experiences for primary school children during morning and afternoon programs.
• Pick up shifts across service hours, including extra hours during school holidays.

Required profile

• Availability across December and January.
• Working towards or completed a relevant qualification for a 1‑ or 2‑year qualified educator in QLD (desirable but not mandatory).
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding.
• Genuine love for working with children.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with aspirations for leadership.
• Willingness to obtain a national police check and a state working‑with‑children check (covered by employer).
• Valid Australian work rights.
