OSHC Assistant Coordinator - Aubin Grove

About the role

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is recruiting an Assistant Coordinator for its OSHClub service in the Aubin Grove area, which runs outside-school-hours care for primary school-aged children. This is a permanent part-time position of 27.5 hours per week, including 2 hours of paid administration time, supporting the day-to-day running of the service and leading a team of Educators. Split shifts run Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Help lead and mentor a team of Educators onsite
• Support roster management, service operations, compliance and administration
• Create child-led programs such as STEM, cooking, sport, art and craft
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools and the wider community

Required profile

• A completed relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification, including a WA First Qualified Educator qualification
• National police check (paid by the employer) and Australian working rights
• Working-with-children check
• Child safety training completed before onboarding via Gecko
