OSH C Qualified Educator – Dianella

About the role

Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is looking for an OSHC Permanent Educator to work in the Dianella area. The role supports children's development through play in engaging before and after school care programs for primary school-aged children, building relationships with children, families, the team and the wider school community. It is a part-time position of 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across after-school shifts during term time, with extra hours available during school holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging before and after school care programs for primary school children
• Build ongoing relationships with children, families, the team and the school community
• Work term-time afternoon shifts from 2:50pm to 6:00pm (Stay and Play)
• Take on additional shifts during school holidays, within program hours of 6:30am to 6:00pm

Required profile

• A genuine passion for working with children
• A team player who wants to grow and learn in the role
• Willingness to obtain a national police check (paid by the employer)
• State working-with-children check
• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completed before onboarding (via Gecko)
• An ACECQA-recognised qualification such as WA First Qualified Educator or WA Qualified Educator, or active progress toward one
