Organisational Capability Development Manager

About the role

The Organisational Capability Development Manager will strengthen capability across Marketing and Medical functions by developing frameworks, coaching teams and establishing standards to support effective execution of business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design, facilitate and lead capability upskilling for Marketing brand planning, launch excellence and key account management.
• Design, facilitate and lead capability workshops for Medical field effectiveness, scientific engagement and insight quality.
• Partner with leaders to embed competency frameworks, change management and coaching across both functions.
• Apply consistent proficiency measurement aligned with Institute of Competitiveness and Salesforce Excellence approaches.

Required profile

• Deep capability or organisational development experience, ideally in a commercial pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
• Strong facilitation, workshop design, change management and coaching expertise.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Familiarity with marketing brand planning and medical affairs competencies.
