Organisational Capability Development Manager

About the role

The Organisational Capability Development Manager will strengthen capability across Marketing and Medical functions by developing frameworks, coaching teams and establishing standards to support effective execution of business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design, facilitate and lead capability upskilling for Marketing, focusing on brand planning, launch excellence and insight generation.
• Design, facilitate and lead capability workshops for Medical, focusing on field effectiveness, scientific engagement and insight quality.
• Partner with leadership to embed key account management processes and develop consistent proficiency measurement across both functions.
• Provide coaching, change management and leadership development to ensure lasting behaviour change.

Required profile

• Deep capability or organisational development experience, ideally in a commercial pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
• Strong facilitation, workshop design, change management and coaching expertise.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
