Oracle Integration Cloud Senior Consultant

About the role

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud Senior Consultant to lead the design, delivery and optimisation of enterprise integration solutions across Oracle Fusion and broader technology ecosystems. The role works at the intersection of cloud integration, intelligent automation and AI-enabled transformation, advising both business and technology stakeholders on integration strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and deployment of integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Translate business requirements into scalable integration designs with business stakeholders, architects and functional teams
• Deliver integrations across Oracle Cloud applications including ERP, HCM, EPM, SCM and third-party systems
• Build integrations using REST, SOAP, FTP, file-based and event-driven architectures
• Apply best practices for security, monitoring, performance optimisation and error handling
• Support data migration, API management and system interoperability initiatives
• Mentor junior consultants and project team members
• Take part in workshops, architecture reviews, estimation and project planning
• Contribute to pre-sales activities such as demonstrations, proposals and client presentations

Required profile

• Extensive experience delivering integration solutions with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Experience integrating Oracle and non-Oracle platforms in complex enterprise environments
• Knowledge of Oracle SaaS applications such as ERP, HCM, SCM, CX or EPM
• Experience in consulting, professional services or large-scale transformation programs
• Desirable: Oracle Integration Cloud certification; experience with Oracle Visual Builder, OCI services, API Gateway or Oracle SOA Suite; exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native integration; experience leading offshore or distributed delivery teams
