Oracle Fusion Projects Consultant

About the role

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Projects Consultant to join its consulting team. You will work with clients to design, implement, and optimise Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions that improve project and financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on process improvements achievable through Oracle Fusion Projects.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
• Lead solution design workshops, provide product demos, and guide design decisions.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Projects modules such as Project Costing, Billing, Management, and Contracts.
• Produce functional design documentation and collaborate on integrations, extensions, and reporting.
• Support all delivery phases: discovery, fit‑gap analysis, configuration, testing, data migration, training, UAT, go‑live, hypercare, and transition to support.
• Contribute to pre‑sales activities including solution design, demonstrations, estimation, and resource planning.

Required profile

• Passionate about Oracle Fusion Cloud and delivering client outcomes.
• Strong team player with proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
• Committed to staying up‑to‑date with Oracle Projects capabilities and best practices.
• Excellent communicator able to build strong client relationships.

Required skills

• Implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Projects (Costing, Billing, Management, Contracts).
• End‑to‑end Oracle Cloud implementation across multiple phases.
• Knowledge of Oracle integrations, data migration, reporting, and testing.
• Ability to produce clear functional documentation and work with technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience working with offshore delivery teams.
