Oracle E-Business Suite Advanced Supply Chain Planning Consultant

About the role

Capgemini is looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) Consultant to help leading organisations design, implement and optimise planning solutions. You will work closely with client stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy, inventory management, production planning and overall supply chain efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on best practices and process improvements enabled by Oracle ASCP.
• Gather requirements, translate them into scalable Oracle solutions, and lead workshops, demos and design sessions.
• Configure and implement demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimisation and production planning modules.
• Support the full project lifecycle: fit‑gap analysis, configuration, testing, data migration, training, deployment, hypercare and transition to support.
• Produce functional design documentation and collaborate on integrations, reporting and enhancements.
• Contribute to pre‑sales activities such as solution design, estimates and proposal development.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning and related modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, BOM, WIP, Cost Management).
• Proven track record delivering Oracle EBS implementations across the full project lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both local and offshore teams.
