About the role
We are seeking an experienced Ophthalmology Veterinary Nurse to support and coordinate our busy ophthalmology service at ARH Homebush on a 12‑month maternity leave contract.
Key responsibilities
- Assist veterinarians with ophthalmic examinations, procedures and surgeries.
- Manage patient flow, maintain records and ensure high standards of infection control within the ophthalmology department.
Required profile
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent).
- Strong background in veterinary ophthalmology and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
Required skills
- Veterinary ophthalmology techniques.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
