Operations Co-Ordinator

About the role

The Operations Co-Ordinator will join Hubbed’s fast‑growing logistics network in Balmain, Sydney. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will work in a hybrid setting to keep parcels moving efficiently across more than 2,500 PARCELPOINT locations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor parcel flow and resolve operational issues from identification through to resolution.
• Analyse operational data and conduct root‑cause investigations to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate carriers, warehouses, PARCELPOINT sites and internal teams to remove roadblocks.
• Visit carrier depots, warehouses, customer sites and PARCELPOINT locations to validate processes and support implementations.
• Develop and implement automation and process enhancements that improve network reliability and efficiency.

Required profile

• Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable motor vehicle.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Hubbed network.
• Ability to work independently across multiple operational sites.
• Flexibility to support operational activities outside the office when required.
