Online English Writing & Analysis Course Developer

About the role

We are looking for a remote English Writing and Analysis Course Developer to create and deliver engaging online lessons for students aged 6‑16. You will work with a small group (up to eight learners) and use pre‑designed materials to teach topics such as story analysis, persuasive writing and literature analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver well‑planned, interactive 90‑minute online classes in a 1‑on‑8 format.
• Develop, test and revise lesson plans that meet JadeClass standards, covering a full 15‑lesson course.
• Collaborate with the design team during development meetings to ensure material quality.
• Maintain consistent attendance and preparation for each scheduled session.

Required profile

• Reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps) and a modern computer.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude and strong oral grammar with clear enunciation.
• Ability to explain concepts simply, adapt to feedback and emulate the company’s teaching style.
• Willingness to attend online development meetings between 08:00‑20:00 UTC+8.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using online teaching platforms (e.g., ClassIn).

What we offer

• US $360 for each newly developed lesson (including in‑class materials, homework and grading keys).
• US $75 per 90‑minute teaching session, paid via Wise.
• Flexible scheduling on weekends during fall/spring and weekdays in summer.
