Onboarding Specialist – Business & Private Banking

About the role

The Business & Private Banking (B&PB) Onboarding Specialist will manage end‑to‑end onboarding for new and existing B&PB customers across a range of banking and institutional products. This permanent, full‑time position is based at ANZ’s Docklands office and supports the Transaction Banking Sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Transaction Banking Sales B&PB frontline to deliver seamless onboarding experiences.
• Onboard all B&PB and PCM/Institutional products, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service level agreements.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to meet SLA targets and maintain high data quality.
• Provide product training to customers to encourage effective use of new products.
• Drive profitable, sustainable growth of B&PB and PCM/Institutional offerings.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, delivering accurate solutions on the first contact.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer efficiency and enhance the Transaction Banking brand.
• Contribute to new customer acquisition and product origination for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain strict risk‑management and compliance standards throughout the onboarding process.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of deposits, B&PB, and PCM/Institutional products.
