Finance Transformation Manager

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to lead large‑scale finance operating model projects for CFO‑focused clients in Australia. The role involves designing, implementing and optimizing finance functions, including shared services, process digitisation and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Drive transformation initiatives across the CFO agenda, covering finance strategy, value case development, operating model design, process redesign, integrated planning, forecasting and Global Business Services.
• Design and implement finance operating models, including shared services and outsourcing arrangements.
• Lead finance organisation design and process improvement initiatives across order‑to‑cash (OTC), record‑to‑report (RTR), procure‑to‑pay (PTP) and FP&A domains.
• Collaborate closely with C‑level leadership to align transformation outcomes with business objectives.
• Develop and deliver finance‑related solutions for diverse industry sectors within the Australian market.

Required profile

• Proven experience at a top‑tier consulting firm delivering finance transformation services.
• Track record of successfully delivering finance operating model projects, including shared services and digitisation.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with C‑level executives.
• Experience across finance transformation projects in Australia.
• Undergraduate degree required; finance‑related qualifications are highly regarded.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
