On-Call IT Support Engineer – Adelaide & South Australia

About the role

Eil Global is seeking experienced IT engineers to provide on‑call, freelance or casual onsite support across McLaren Vale, Blewitt Springs and other locations in South Australia. The role involves delivering high‑quality technical assistance to ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide desktop support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Set up and troubleshoot audio/video conference rooms.
• Perform operating system installations and re‑imaging activities.
• Assist with network troubleshooting in LAN and WAN environments.
• Support and configure routers, switches, and related network infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to technical issues and service requests.
• Document support activities and resolutions according to company procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to maintain smooth operations.

Required profile

• Experienced IT engineer capable of working on‑call, freelance or casual basis.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites in South Australia.
• Strong communication skills in Business English and the local language.
