About the role

Resolution Education is seeking an energetic and confident trainer to deliver its Occupational Violence and De‑escalation programmes across Melbourne and beyond. The role is full‑time and offers the chance to work with a diverse client base while contributing to safer workplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and customise training sessions for each client, ensuring relevance and engagement.
• Deliver interactive workshops both in‑person and online across multiple industries.
• Collect and analyse participant feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers on curriculum development and delivery methods.
• Adapt training content to evolving client needs and industry standards.
• Travel regularly, including interstate and international assignments, to conduct training.
• Teach physical intervention techniques for managing aggressive situations.

Required profile

• Based in Melbourne with a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse audiences.
• Proven experience delivering adult education and training, both face‑to‑face and virtually.
• Track record of working with clients across various sectors.
• Motivated, energetic mindset with a passion for adult learning.
