About the role

Resolution Education is seeking an energetic and motivated Occupational Violence and De‑escalation Trainer to join our Melbourne team. You will deliver high‑quality, engaging training programmes that help organisations prevent workplace aggression and protect their staff.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and customise training programmes for each client, ensuring relevance and impact.
• Deliver interactive training sessions – in‑person or online – across multiple industries and locations.
• Collect and analyse participant feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers on curriculum development, delivery methods, and learning materials.
• Manage client relationships and project timelines to achieve learning outcomes.
• Travel regularly, including interstate and international assignments, as required.

Required profile

• Based in Melbourne with a valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage diverse adult audiences.
• Proven experience delivering adult education and training both face‑to‑face and virtually.
• Experience working with clients across a range of industries.
• Energetic, motivated mindset with a passion for adult learning.
