Occupational Therapist - NDIS, Newcastle

About the role

A well-established provider, active for over 20 years across NDIS, DVA, Aged Care, CTP and Lifetime Care, is looking for an Occupational Therapist in Newcastle. The role suits both new graduates and experienced OTs, offers a varied caseload and a hybrid arrangement with flexible hours.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional capacity assessments and home and living assessments.
• Provide ongoing support to help clients build capacity and independence.
• Prescribe equipment and recommend environmental modifications.

Required profile

• Fully registered Occupational Therapist with AHPRA registration.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Interest or experience in equipment prescription and environmental modifications.
• Experience with equipment prescription.
