About the role
This graduate program is designed for OT graduates completing their studies in 2026. You will join Ability Action Australia’s supportive team, receive weekly supervision and mentorship, and work with NDIS participants across the lifespan.
Required profile
- Curious and compassionate recent OT graduate
- Excited to learn, try new things and work in a flexible environment
- Holder of a driver’s licence and own car
- Willing to make a difference in people’s lives and enjoy OT humour
