About the role
Join Ability Action Australia’s 2026 Graduate Program as an Occupational Therapist and develop clinical, business and people skills while supporting NDIS participants across the community and clinic settings.
Key responsibilities
- Support participants in the community or clinic.
- Complete assessments, write reports and deliver therapy.
- Advocate for participants and carers to achieve goals.
Required profile
- AHPRA registered or eligible for registration.
- Curious, compassionate and eager to learn.
- Flexible, growth‑oriented and supportive workplace seeker.
- Licensed driver with own vehicle.

- Guaranteed salary of $86,400 per year (including super).
