Observability Architect

About the role

Infosys is seeking a seasoned Dynatrace professional to independently architect, implement and optimise observability solutions across complex, hybrid, multi‑cloud environments. The role blends deep platform expertise with strong client‑facing consulting skills to drive adoption, demonstrate value and manage the full observability lifecycle—from licensing to advanced automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver end‑to‑end observability architectures using Dynatrace.
• Install, configure and instrument Dynatrace OneAgent across diverse environments.
• Guide clients through licensing, deployment (SaaS or Managed) and automation initiatives.
• Provide consulting support to showcase the business impact of observability.
• Maintain Smartscape topology mapping and ensure optimal performance of ActiveGate components.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with Dynatrace platforms in hybrid, multi‑cloud settings.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead client engagements.
• Strong communication skills for consulting and value‑demonstration.
