Nurse Unit Manager - Endoscopy

About the role

Calvary is looking for a Nurse Unit Manager - Endoscopy to join its team at Calvary Lenah Valley Hospital in Hobart. This is a permanent full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the Endoscopy team.
• Lead service strategy, operational planning and budget management.
• Support, develop and performance-manage staff to promote a high-performing team environment.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum five years' relevant clinical experience.
• Previous experience in an Endoscopy environment is desirable.
• Previous clinical management or leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications or demonstrated progress towards postgraduate study.
