NPI Designer / Engineer / Project Manager / Design Manager – Perth

About the role

We are looking for experienced NPI Designers, Engineers, Project Managers and Design Managers to join our Perth team. The roles focus on developing non‑process infrastructure concepts, producing coordinated design documentation and supporting cost‑planning activities for a variety of facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop NPI concepts and detailed designs for modular buildings, laboratories, emergency hubs, fuel systems, water treatment plants and similar facilities.
• Prepare, coordinate and review construction drawings, 3D models and technical documentation.
• Support cost‑planning and tender preparation, ensuring design solutions are commercially viable.
• Collaborate with owners, EPCMs, contractors and subcontractors to define scope, review design options and integrate technical, commercial and operational inputs.
• Participate in design coordination meetings, manage project timelines and assist during construction phases.
• Identify design risks early, ensure constructability and maintain compliance with project standards.

Required profile

• Background in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting or Project Management with experience in non‑process infrastructure.
• Proven ability to produce and review construction drawings and documentation.
• Experience managing or coordinating NPI projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant experience in infrastructure, industrial or resources projects, or building services.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in a related discipline is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with 3D model‑based design tools.
• Knowledge of modular design principles.
• Expertise in construction drawings and documentation.
