Non-Executive Director

About the role

This is a confidential, board‑level appointment for an independent Non‑Executive Director at a listed software pioneer that provides property workflow automation and digital asset management solutions. You will work closely with the Board and shareholders to guide the company through a strategic market evolution and disciplined scaling.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and advise on a growth‑stage commercial acceleration strategy, shaping pricing models, customer economics and recurring revenue streams.
• Provide rigorous governance of multi‑tiered enterprise partnerships, managing joint‑delivery risks, commercial dependencies and data‑sharing frameworks.
• Guide the rollout of integrated transactional architecture, monitoring risk allocation, operational delivery and compliance when embedding financial infrastructure.
• Monitor operational readiness of large‑scale customer migrations from legacy systems, ensuring retention and smooth rollout.
• Contribute to public listing obligations, cyber‑resilience and data‑privacy frameworks while coaching the executive team toward a sales‑led culture.

Required profile

• Deep, practical experience scaling established enterprise software or B2B SaaS organisations.
• Strong commercial orientation with a solid grasp of enterprise pipeline discipline and account planning.
• Operational literacy in transactional platforms, API integrations, digital security compliance or financial software.
• Proven ability to mentor senior executives and drive a repeatable, sales‑led operating model.
