Night Shift On‑Site Support for Amazon

About the role

This position is responsible for managing a large temporary workforce on‑site at Amazon’s Kemps Creek facility during night hours. You will work closely with site HR, Operations, Learning, Safety and Workforce Staffing teams to ensure associate engagement, accurate payroll processing and smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee temporary associate pool health, utilisation and availability.
• Coordinate extra shifts, overtime and weekly rostering, handling daily changes.
• Provide associates with schedules, arrival times and break information.
• Conduct onboarding, induction and new‑starter audits, ensuring all documentation (site passes, agreements, background checks) is completed.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and ensure time is logged in attendance systems.
• Produce daily KPI reports covering fill rates, attendance, absenteeism, turnover and safety incidents.
• Liaise with Amazon Workforce Staffing, HR and floor managers to resolve issues and support operational needs.
• Perform any additional tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, HR or on‑site workforce management within a relevant industry.
• Ability to work night shifts Monday‑Sunday (approximately 5 pm/6 pm start to 4 am/5 am finish).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle administrative reporting.
• Fluent English communication skills.
