Night Auditor

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Night Auditor to join our Front Office team at our Glenelg hotel. The role combines guest service, financial reconciliation and overnight hotel operations, ensuring smooth running while the city sleeps.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the nightly audit process, accurately reconciling all revenue and transactions.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial and operational reports.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures during overnight hours, delivering exceptional service.
• Monitor hotel safety, security and emergency procedures throughout the shift.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for overnight operations.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
• Assist guests with luggage, transport and room‑service requests.
• Support Food & Beverage operations and respond to operational issues in the absence of senior management.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated individual who enjoys working independently.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
