New Graduate Occupational Therapist (12-Month Temporary)

About the role

Northcott is hiring a New Graduate Occupational Therapist on a 12-month temporary contract from January 2027 to January 2028. You will work alongside experienced clinicians in a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based therapy that helps children and adults achieve their goals, build independence and improve quality of life. The role includes a structured 12-week onboarding program, weekly supervision, peer mentoring and ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA eligibility or registration.
• Person-centred, evidence-based approach focused on real outcomes.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients, families and teams.
• Clear, confident communication and teamwork skills.
• Growth mindset and passion for learning and collaboration.
• Organisation and time management to manage a diverse caseload, paediatric to adults.
