About the role
A long-established, multi-franchised new car dealership in the Ipswich area is looking for an additional Sales Consultant to join its sales department. The dealership offers security of tenure, career advancement, a friendly working environment and an income stream described as excellent.
Working conditions
- 5-day working week, with one weekday and every Sunday off
- Saturday work is mandatory
- Commission expected in the $70k to $100k range per year; some consultants have reached $170k
- Car allowance of $6,500 per year, plus a negotiable retainer and superannuation
Required profile
- Current or recent dealership new car sales experience
- Seeking a long-term position
- Strong sales, closing, people-handling and organisational skills
- Drive, energy and motivation to maximise every opportunity
- Must be physically located in Australia and an Australian or New Zealand citizen or hold a permanent residency visa
