Networking Service Delivery Manager

About the role

The Networking Service Delivery Manager will lead advanced service management for a leading service provider, ensuring customer success through effective delivery of networking services. This hybrid role requires working on average two days per week from an HPE office in Sydney.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer engagements, prioritising work to meet both customer and HPE networking requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources, resolve complex issues, and provide regular updates to customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners, customers, and HPE sales and service teams to identify new opportunities.
• Support post‑sales activities, including monitoring, auditing case progress and facilitating training and advanced services.
• Conduct quarterly Operations Reviews, deliver post‑mortem/root cause analyses, and drive efficient resolution of escalated situations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years of experience supporting large, complex cloud and IP‑based networks.
• Minimum 3 years managing customer service support personnel in a matrixed environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities with a proven record of high‑level achievement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and a solid understanding of ITIL processes and risk management.

Required skills

• Deep technical knowledge of IP networking, routing and switching.
• Passion for automation and related technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong data‑analysis capabilities.
