Network Engineer & L2 ICT Support Engineer (Adelaide)

About the role

We are looking for two experienced professionals – a Network Engineer and an L2 ICT Support Engineer – to join our growing technology team in Adelaide. Both positions involve delivering high‑quality networking, infrastructure and end‑user support services across enterprise, government and education clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and support enterprise networking solutions, including greenfield deployments, technology refreshes and network migrations.
• Provide ongoing operational support and troubleshooting for network environments.
• Act as a senior escalation point for L2 support, handling complex desktop, cloud, infrastructure and business‑application issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
