National Account Manager – Pharmacy & Distributors

About the role

LifeStyles Healthcare is seeking a National Account Manager to lead commercial strategy and sales growth across the Australian pharmacy channel and wholesale/distributor network. Reporting to the Head of Commercial – ANZ, you will manage key national pharmacy customers and full‑line wholesalers, driving both sell‑in and sell‑out performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute national account strategies for pharmacy retailers, banner groups and wholesalers.
• Lead Joint Business Planning with key customers to meet sales, share and category targets.
• Identify growth opportunities such as distribution expansion, shelf and digital visibility, and pricing optimisation.
• Manage strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical wholesalers and distributors, aligning forecasting and national distribution strategy.
• Own delivery of sales, gross margin and P&L targets for the pharmacy channel.
• Negotiate annual agreements and build senior‑level relationships with pharmacy chains and distributors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in national account management within pharmacy, wholesale or consumer goods sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to develop demand forecasts and optimise trade investment.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills at senior levels.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with supply‑chain, marketing and finance teams.
