Mowing Operator – Northern Suburbs Melbourne

About the role

Glascott Landscape & Civil is seeking reliable Mowing Operators to join its growing team servicing the northern suburbs of Melbourne. You will work on a variety of commercial sites, performing lawn mowing, brushcutting and general grounds upkeep while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate commercial mowing equipment to cut and maintain lawns across multiple client sites.
• Perform brushcutting and vegetation control to keep properties tidy and safe.
• Carry out routine grounds maintenance tasks such as edging, debris removal and site clean‑up.
• Ensure all equipment is inspected, maintained and stored according to company procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience with commercial mowing equipment and brushcutting.
• Valid driver’s licence and a White Card (construction safety certification).
• Ability to work outdoors independently and follow safety guidelines.
• Reliable, punctual and motivated attitude.
• Willingness to travel within Melbourne’s northern suburbs.
