Mobile Developer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Mobile Developer to join our global engineering team and help build high‑quality native applications for our insurance and financial products. This fully remote position allows you to work with cross‑functional teams across multiple countries, delivering intuitive and performant mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship native iOS or Android applications for insurance, payments, claims, renewals and broader financial services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and backend engineers to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, ensure app stability, scalability and reliability.
• Continuously optimise performance, crash rates, loading speed, memory usage and battery efficiency.
• Leverage analytics and user feedback to iterate and improve product quality.
• Contribute to AI‑assisted mobile features that add tangible value for users.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain engineering standards and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional experience developing production‑grade mobile applications.
• Strong ownership, fast execution and a focus on product quality.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, distributed team.

Required skills

• iOS development with Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit.
• Android development with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose/Android SDK.
• Solid understanding of modern mobile architecture patterns and native best practices.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production issues.
• Proficiency with version control (Git/GitHub).
