Mobile Crushing Superintendent (FIFO)

About the role

Crushing Services International (CSI) is seeking an experienced Mobile Crushing Superintendent to lead FIFO operations across multiple sites in Western Australia. You will combine strategic leadership with hands‑on involvement to drive productivity, safety and continuous improvement in mobile crushing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage supervisors, tradespeople and operators in mobile crushing operations.
• Oversee planning, coordination and delivery of production schedules, resource allocation and operational priorities across sites.
• Implement and monitor performance, compliance and quality standards in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Champion site safety culture through audits, incident prevention and risk management.
• Drive continuous improvement, equipment optimisation and operational innovation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with site stakeholders and support services.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in a superintendent or manager role within a mobile crushing environment.
• Strong operational, technical and leadership skills with proven ability to manage crushing processes and maintenance.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation and delegation abilities.
• Team‑first leadership style, driving expectations from the front.
• Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor certification.
• Valid C Class driver’s licence.
• Working at Height and Confined Space tickets (desirable).
• Wheel Loader operation ticket (desirable).

• Experience with Terex mobile crushing equipment.
• Experience with Kleemann mobile crushing equipment.
• Experience with Power Screen equipment.
• Experience with McCloskey crushing equipment.
• Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification.
• C Class driver’s licence.
• Working at Height certification.
• Confined Space certification.
• Wheel Loader operation certification.
