Mobile Crushing Operator – Full‑time, 2:1 Roster

About the role

We are looking for experienced Mobile Crushing Operators to join our Mobile Crushing Team across various sites in Western Australia. The role is full‑time, permanent and operates on a 2:1 roster, offering the chance to develop your skills on‑site with training and leadership opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate mobile crushing plant, including conveyors and feeders.
• Conduct pre‑start inspections and routine equipment checks.
• Follow loading plans, ensure correct product grades and weights are loaded.
• Maintain accurate loading records (tonnages, train numbers, incidents).
• Communicate with train drivers, control rooms and team members to coordinate movements.
• Identify and respond to equipment faults, blockages or safety hazards.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with minor maintenance tasks.
• Carry out general housekeeping, including manual handling of hoses up to 40 kg.
• Work with trades during shutdowns and assist in maintaining rollers, skirts and other plant components.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating mobile crushing equipment in a mining environment.
• Ability to work a 2:1 roster and handle physical demands of the role.
• Strong safety awareness and effective communication skills.
