Mobile Application Developer (React Native)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Application Developer to design, build, and maintain high‑quality cross‑platform mobile applications. The role involves collaborating with business analysts, solution architects, and other stakeholders to deliver robust solutions that meet both functional and performance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse system requirements and estimate development tasks for new or enhanced mobile applications.
• Select and recommend the most effective development approach, balancing native and cross‑platform options.
• Design, code, and test mobile applications in alignment with solution architecture and business needs.
• Provide unit testing, support system testing, and assist with implementation of complex programs.
• Deliver emergency technical support and resolve production issues to maintain high availability and data integrity.
• Contribute to programming standards and continuously improve development processes.
• Mentor junior developers and lead small development teams on projects or BAU work.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years in mobile app development.
• Proven ability to lead small teams and produce accurate development estimates.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
