Mindset & Wellbeing Facilitator – Remote Independent Contractor

About the role

We are seeking a Mindset & Wellbeing Facilitator to join our global personal and professional development organization on a remote, independent contractor basis. In this role you will support individuals committed to growth, self‑awareness and enhanced performance through virtual programs and coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and facilitate personal and professional development programs for clients worldwide.
• Engage with individuals interested in mindset, performance and wellbeing improvement.
• Participate in virtual training sessions, workshops and collaborative projects.
• Operate within the organization’s established communication and collaboration platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in coaching, training, or related fields.
• Strong, confident communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide.
• Highly self‑directed, organized and able to manage a flexible workload.
• Genuine interest in mindset development, continuous improvement and wellbeing.
