Mill Production Operator – Bulk

About the role

Ridley is seeking a reliable, safety‑focused Mill Production Operator to join its Toowoomba site. In this hands‑on position you will learn to operate mill equipment, produce quality products and keep production running safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor mill production equipment in line with standard operating procedures.
• Assist in producing high‑quality products that meet customer specifications.
• Monitor production processes and report any quality or equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Follow workplace health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
