Mid-Weight Graphic Designer (Fixed-Term)

About the role

Krispy Kreme is looking for a creative Mid‑Weight Graphic Designer to join its design team on a fixed‑term basis. You will translate brand ideas into eye‑catching visuals that appear across campaigns, packaging, digital assets and retail environments.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and execute integrated campaign graphics for digital, retail and packaging channels.
• Design and develop packaging that aligns with brand standards and appeals to consumers.
• Assist in planning, styling and retouching photoshoots and video shoots involving product.
• Maintain brand consistency by adapting global guidelines to local markets.
• Create templates and toolkits to ensure efficient, on‑brand production.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial and external creative partners.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• 3–5+ years of experience designing multi‑channel campaigns and packaging.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout and brand systems.
• Proven ability to generate ideas and deliver high‑quality designs on schedule.
• Team‑oriented mindset with openness to feedback.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• After Effects or other animation tools (preferred).
• Packaging design techniques.
• Digital and print production knowledge.
