Mid to Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

Ippon Technologies is looking for experienced Full Stack Developers to join its growing consultancy team. You will work on end‑to‑end delivery of bespoke software solutions, from discovery through implementation and maintenance, helping clients achieve their business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for design, development and systems integration across client engagements.
• Participate actively in project delivery, either within full Ippon teams or as part of broader client teams.
• Engage with clients to understand business goals and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and adapt development plans to meet evolving requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
• Represent Ippon at meetups, conferences and community events.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a start‑up consulting environment.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end software delivery across front‑end and back‑end.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Front‑end: React (Redux or Hooks), Angular, or native JavaScript.
• Back‑end: Java, C#, NodeJS, Kotlin or similar languages.
• Experience with micro‑services, Function‑as‑a‑Service (FaaS) and cloud‑native architectures (preferably AWS).
• DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and build automation.
• Test automation and familiarity with bundlers such as WebPack.
• Agile and Lean development methodologies.
