Mid-level Designer – Digital & Performance Creative

About the role

Mosh & Moshy is seeking a mid‑level Designer to join the team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work on performance‑driven creative for paid social, digital ads and broader marketing initiatives, helping to make health‑focused programmes engaging and effective.

Key responsibilities

• Create digital creative for paid social, marketing and campaign channels.
• Develop multiple concepts and iterations across campaigns and content.
• Collaborate with the Performance team to optimise assets for engagement and conversion.
• Design assets for Meta platforms, digital ads, landing pages, email and other marketing collateral.
• Support the wider Creative team with ideation and execution of campaigns.
• Respond quickly to trends, insights and testing opportunities with fresh creative angles.
• Help maintain visual consistency across all Mosh & Moshy output.
• Contribute ideas around creative experimentation, AI tools and emerging content trends.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in digital or graphic design, preferably in a performance‑focused environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social and performance‑oriented work.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance creativity and results.
• Collaborative, fast‑paced and comfortable generating ideas under tight deadlines.
